By creating an account or using GarageOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GarageOS is a workshop management software application for independent garages and mechanics operating in the United Kingdom. It allows you to manage jobs, customers, vehicles, inventory, and invoices.

GarageOS offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Workshop plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically reverts to the Solo plan unless you choose to subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within the app. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own all data you enter into GarageOS. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You may export your data at any time. Upon account closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (see our Privacy Policy).
When you enter your customers' personal data into GarageOS (names, contact details, vehicle information), you are the data controller for that data under UK GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing it and for complying with your obligations to your own customers. FrameLogic acts as your data processor.
We aim to keep GarageOS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Free-tier users are not entitled to a service-level guarantee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameLogic's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of GarageOS is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 for users on the free tier, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrameLogic, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GarageOS, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activity that may harm other users or the service.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making any material changes to these terms. Continued use of GarageOS after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
